Combining the beauties of traditional Skiathos island architecture with all the necessary modern comforts, Villa Xanemos is a beautiful villa named after one of the most quiet and off-the-beaten-path areas of the island of Skiathos.

Only 100 meters away from Xanemos beach - a lovely sandy beach away from the crowds - this spacious private property is found on a privileged location surrounded by olive trees while it enjoys proximity to Skiathos Town and the airport.

The villa comprises two floors which are thoughtfully separated in three completely independent and fully equipped apartments, none of which interconnects with the other.

The upper floor consists of a spacious master bedroom with double bed, A/C, a wooden triangular ceiling typical of Skiathos architecture while it also offers direct access to a balcony, and a second bedroom with two single beds, featuring A/C and direct access to a patio on the back of the villa. Both bedrooms have their own large closets for clothing storage purposes while they also share one large bathroom with a shower and glass shower doors. The upper floor also features a very spacious living room area with wood being the dominant element in its interior decoration and a fully equipped kitchen area with a spacious indoors dining. Both these areas have direct access to a very large balcony at the front of the house that features an external bamboo lounge and a large wooden table with benches and pillows, with uninterrupted views of the natural surrounding.

The lower floor comprises two independent apartments, each one with its own private entrance.

The first apartment features one master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two singles. Both bedrooms share one bathroom with shower, while there is also a cozy seating area with direct access to the outdoors terrace and a small but very functional kitchenette.

The second apartment features one master bedroom with two single beds that can be made as a double. There is also a very spacious living room area with A/C and an upholstered convertible sofa that can be made as a full-size double bed. Separated with a bench, in the same area there is also a fully equipped kitchen while the apartment also features a comfortable indoors dining and a large bathroom with shower.

In terms of outdoors areas, Villa Xanemos features a large stone-covered front house terrace to be shared by all guests, with a large wooden table, spacious benches and an outdoors bamboo lounge, all of which may comfortably seat up to 14 guests while a steam gas BBQ is available for use by all guests that wish to dine at the comfort of their own private villa.

Villa Xanemos is an excellent choice for a group of families or a large group of friends that seek comfort, simplicity and relaxation during their summer holidays in Skiathos without deducting anything out of their beautiful and serviced villa experience.
